The data flow diagram shown is well explained. But the problem that might occur, is the ability of the assigned person in every department. Sometimes, the person in- charge lacks competence in assessing the student's needs. The school administration should prepare hand-outs, information materials, etc., so that the students will know where to go and what would be the next steps to do. Through these, the students will not be confused and their time will not be wasted.
